Biography
Dr Muhammad Bilal Anwar (PhD, FHEA) is a Higher Education Academic and Wellbeing Lead, English Language Specialist, researcher, international speaker, and trainer based in the United Kingdom. He holds a PhD in English Language Teaching and has worked extensively in higher education, ESOL, student wellbeing, safeguarding, teacher education, and international academic development. Dr Anwar has delivered keynote presentations, workshops, and training programmes across Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, and the Middle East on topics including education, wellbeing, safeguarding, critical thinking, language learning, and the ethical use of artificial intelligence in education. He is also the CEO of NSED.io (National Services for Education and Development), an organisation dedicated to educational consultancy, professional development, policy support, and ethical international student mobility.
