Dr. Yucel Tugba Henderson is a faculty member in Central Michigan University’s Master of Science in Administration program, where she teaches graduate courses in administration and leadership.

She holds a doctorate in Organizational Management with a focus on Global Leadership from Colorado Technical University, a master's in management and leadership from Webster University, and a bachelor's in architecture from Bilkent University in Türkiye.

Her research examines how initial trust forms in geographically dispersed, intercultural teams. She is the author of Uncertainty Avoidance & Trust: Physicians' View of Global Medicine and has developed courses on AI and the inclusive workplace, ethics in digital transformation, and digital culture strategies.
